When Responses To Your RFQ Arrive

When a buyer receives multiple responses to an RFQ, those responses are presented in a matrix, or table, so they can be compared easily and completely. (For example, total prices can be compared with logistic costs included.)

After reviewing the responses, the buyer can place an order from one supplier, or select combinations of line items and order from several suppliers.
